Felix Haibock registered three points (1G,2A) as the Spruce Grove Saints took down the Blackfalds Bulldogs by a final score of 4-1.
The first period saw some offensive opportunities but neither team was able to capitalize and the game remained scoreless headed into the middle frame.
Halfway through the second period, Declan Waddick opened the scoring to put the Saints up 1-0. A few minutes later, Waddick scored his second of the night on the power play to give Spruce Grove a 2-0 advantage. With less than a minute left in the frame, Ben Buckley also posted a goal to give the Saints a commanding 3-0 lead.
Early into the final period, Felix Haibock shot the puck past Olivér Király, giving Spruce Grove a 4-0 lead. Near the end of the game, the Bulldogs slipped one past Ryan De Kok to prevent the shutout and end the game at 4-1.
