Spruce Grove Saints General Manager Rob Sklaruk announced today the team has signed forward Richard Krnac (’08) for the 2026-27 BCHL season.
The Banská Bystrica, Slovakia product spent the 2025-26 season with Barani Banská Bystrica U20, where he registered 15 goals and 19 assists for 34 points in 41 regular-season games. The 6’1″, 185-pound forward played in all situations for Barani and helped guide the club to a league championship, showcasing his offensive skill, compete level, and two-way ability throughout the season.
“We are excited to welcome Richard to the Saints organization,” said GM Rob Sklaruk. “He is a talented young forward with a strong hockey IQ and a relentless work ethic. Richard has proven he can produce offensively while playing a responsible 200-foot game, and we believe he has a very bright future in our program.”
