NEWS: Saints Forward Josh Polak Selected To BCHL All-Star Game

The BC Hockey League announced on Wednesday the initial roster for the 2025 BCHL All-Star Game, slated to take place on Saturday, January 18th in Salmon Arm, BC, which included Spruce Grove Saints forward Josh Polak.

The Strathcona County, AB native currently leads the Saints in scoring with 10 goals and 11 assists for 21 points in 21 games played this season, including a team-leading four power play goals and five points over the previous weekend to help the Saints to two victories. Polak has enjoyed a strong rookie season after playing seven games with the Saints a season ago and ranks himself 4th in the BCHL amongst rookie pint getters with his 21 this season.

Polak joins a list of 21 other BCHLers who crack the initial roaster for the game in Salmon Arm, who is hosting the All-Star festivities for the first time. The remaining roster will be completed via fan vote, which takes place on Thursday, November 28th.
