The Spruce Grove Saints are pleased to announce forward Tre Peck (’07) has committed to Army West Point for the 2027-28 season.

Peck, 18, is enjoying a strong first season in Spruce Grove, posting 9 goals and 13 assists for 22 points this season in 27 games played, ranking in a tie with Brandon Funk and Felix Haibock for the top spot in team scoring coming into the weekend of action. The Orono, Minnesota native has suited up for 47 career BCHL games, split between the Saints and the Powell River Kings, amassing 13 goals and 28 points during that stretch.

The 5’7″, 170-pound forward will be joining current Saints defender Max Holland during his collegiate action as the two are set to head to Army West Point.

“Tre has been an incredible addition to not just our lineup but our locker room as well,” commented Saints General Manager Rob Sklaruk, “Tre has shown the ability to play in any situation and provide offense to our group consistently throughout the year; we are very excited to see him rewarded with this commitment.”

“I couldn’t be more excited for the vision that the program at Army has,” said Peck, “I’m looking forward to continuing my hockey and collegiate career at Army.”

Peck and the Saints will be back on home ice for the first time in 2026 tonight as they host the Prince George Spruce Kings at Thompson Family Arena. Puck drop is slated for 7:00 PM with tickets available for purchase online at tickets.sgsaints.ca.
